It's perfect for any group looking to enjoy lounging at the lake or pool, perfecting your golf swing or exploring the Delaware Water Gap. With scenic views and hikes nearby, or even just unwinding in the hot tub, sauna or by TWO fireplaces, we have everything you need to make your stay unforgettable!
When you enter our home, the variety of amenities we offer will impress you and make your adventure-packed stay both comfortable and enjoyable. Our spectacular 30 ft vaulted open-concept great room and wood-burning fireplace greets you, flanked by a deluxe family room with an additional gas fireplace. Natural light pours through picturesque floor to ceiling windows, which open out to the outdoor deck and screened-in porch. Sink into one of the two plush sectional sofas or four cozy sofa chairs and turn on the 85-inch smart TV with access to streaming services. Our fully-equipped kitchen has state-of-the-art appliances, ample cabinetry, and spacious granite countertops. With the addition of a 12-person dining room and professionally-stocked barware, it is easy to whip up a home-cooked meal or specialty cocktails, and the outdoor grill is perfect for summer barbecues.
After a day of exploring, kids and adults alike will love the game room — a playtime paradise. The 1000 sq ft converted garage is complete with a pool table, sauna, arcade games, basketball pop-a-shot, card/poker/board game table, and mounted smart TV providing endless fun for all ages. Adults can also relax in the hot tub all year-round. We also have a selection of board games and books that the whole family can enjoy.
For stays between June and August that are a minimum of 5 nights, guests can enjoy the luxury facilities our community has to offer during the summer, including the community outdoor pool and lake, tennis courts, pickleball, and golf. Guests MUST apply for temporary memberships & parking permits to use the community lake and pool, or any other community amenities such as the Tennis or Fitness Club. Applications must be submitted at least two weeks prior to arrival. Applications not submitted two or more weeks prior to arrival or applications for stays less than 5 nights may not be approved, and community facilities will be off limits. (If you are booking at the last minute or are enjoying a shorter stay, not to worry. Our home and the surrounding towns still boast beautiful and fun activities for all ages). There are a maximum of 10 memberships included per rental per Tobyhanna Township regulations. Additional paid day passes can be secured at the Swim Club. Children five years of age and older will require membership.
Guests are encouraged to participate in clubhouse dining and golf privileges during their rental period. Golf can be booked by the guest at a reduced rate beginning 2 weeks before your stay. Please bear in mind that during the summer tee times fill up quickly. Proper golf attire and adherence to all Club rules is required.

We take pride in providing a clean and comfortable home for our guests. When you retreat to one of our 6 comfortable bedrooms, you will find each has plush bedding and plenty of storage space and two rooms are connected to a private balcony. Our cleaning fee is a reflection of the time and energy we put into preparing our home for you, much more than simply cleaning up after your stay. The fee goes directly to a minority-owned small business to sanitize, clean, and inspect the house prior to your arrival to ensure the luxury, high-end stay that you deserve.
Of course, don't worry about packing too much - our home comes fully stocked with all the essentials you need. We provide free high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, blankets, hot tub and bath towels, and off-street parking for up to 10 cars. For families with young children, we also have a crib, high chair, and kid-friendly dishes and utensils as well as advanced baby-proofing services upon request.
The real star of the show is the Poconos themselves! In the winter, you'll be just a short drive from some of the best ski slopes in the area for every skill level, including Camelback, Jack Frost and Big Boulder. When the weather warms up, head to the community lake for swimming, kayaking, and fishing. Reminder, there are a maximum of 10 community swimming pool temporary memberships allowed. Golf enthusiasts will love the course with stunning views and challenging holes and the clubhouse is in walking distance from our home. The Pinecrest Community also boasts tennis, volleyball and basketball courts. Venture a little further to explore breathtaking views atop year-round hiking trails like Mount Tammany in the Delaware River Gap or Tank Hollow Trail next to Hickory Run State Park. For a change of pace, stroll through historic towns like Jim Thorpe, riding the hallmark Lehigh Gorge Scenic Railway. Finish your day by enjoying a drink at world class breweries and vineyards, such as Barley Creek Brewing Company or Blue Ridge Winery.

Our home has a large driveway that fits 10 cars. There is no street parking. Getting to the golf clubhouse is only a 5 minute walk where you can enjoy dining privileges. Dining reservations may be made at 570 : 646 ; 4444 ext. 1.

The kitchen and dining areas were incredibly well-equipped, making it easy to host our holiday dinners and activities. We spent time enjoying the sauna and hot tub, and the playroom was a huge hit. We truly had a memorable stay—thank you, Jessica, for helping make our holiday so special!

I absolutely recommend her place as an excellent refuge for anyone looking for peace and comfort away from the big city.

August-13 2025Jessica's place was ideal for a large group and even here for families. we had 8 total and had more then enough space for everyone. A couple of items stood out positively: -Lots of couch space and room, even for the bigger members of the group. -Game room and tables were fantastic for entertaining the group or kids. -Easy entry, check in and check out. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. -Location in Poconos Pines was very quiet and peaceful. I would recommend the place for your next large group gathering!
